How to use
- Shake the Floradix liquid iron formula bottle well before using.
- Adults and children above 12 years old: Take 10 ml (half a capful) twice a day, preferably before breakfast and dinner.
- Children between 6 to 12 years old: Take 10 ml (half a capful) once a day.
- Children between 3 to 5 years old: Take 5 ml (quarter of a capful) once a day.
- The liquid can be directly consumed or mixed with fruit juice if preferred.
- Avoid drinking coffee, tea, or consuming dairy products within 30 minutes of taking the formula as they can hinder absorption.
- Always refer to the packaging label or consult with a health professional for any changes or specific situations.

- Aqueous herbal extract, fruit juice concentrates, honey, iron gluconate, vegetable extracts, ascorbic acid, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, yeast extract.

- Allergic reactions: Discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider if you get an allergic reaction like skin rash, itching or swelling.
- Gastrointestinal issues: It may cause diarrhea, stomach upset, or constipation. If these effects persist or worsen, contact your doctor immediately.
- Tooth discoloration: It can also stain the teeth. To prevent this, dilute the solution with water or juice.
- Iron overdose: Be careful not to exceed the recommended dose as it may lead to iron overdose causing harmful effects like vomiting or persistent diarrhea.
- Interactions: Do not take it with dairy products, antacids, tea, or coffee as these can interfere with the absorption of iron.
- Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Consult your doctor before using this product if you are pregnant, planning to get pregnant or breastfeeding.
