How to use
- Wet your toothbrush with water.
- Apply a pea-sized amount of Euthymol Toothpaste onto the toothbrush.
- Brush your teeth thoroughly, making sure to reach all areas especially the back teeth,
- Be careful to brush along the gum line, and don't forget to brush your tongue.
- Brush for at least two minutes, ideally after every meal, or at least twice a day.
- Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing.
- Do not swallow the toothpaste; spit out any excess after brushing.
- Replace your toothbrush every 2-3 months or sooner if needed.
- Regular dental check-ups are advisable in addition to at-home care.
- Remember: Euthymol Toothpaste is a strong, powerful toothpaste - a small amount goes a surprisingly long way. If using for the first time, you may want to start using it gradually (e.g., every other day) until you get used to the intensity.
