How to use
- Dissolve approximately 5g (one teaspoonful) of Eno Original Fruit Salt in about a half glass of water (approximately 150ml).
- Stir the solution until it completely dissolves.
- Drink the solution. It's advisable to consume it an hour after meals.
- Do not exceed the stated dose.
- Ensure to follow these directions unless a doctor tells you otherwise. Always consult your healthcare provider if you're unsure or if symptoms persist.
