- Apply a small amount of Deep Heat Rub Cream to your skin.
- Use your fingers to massage the cream gently into the skin until completely absorbed.

- Wash your hands thoroughly after applying the cream.
- Do not cover the area with a bandage or heating pad unless directed by a doctor.
- If the condition worsens or does not improve within a week, stop using the cream and consult a healthcare professional.
- The cream is usually applied two to three times a day or as directed by your doctor.
