How to use
- For appropriate use of Covonia Cold & Flu Formula 160ml, follow these steps:
- Shake the bottle well before each use.
- Use the attached measuring cup for correct dosage.
- Adults, the elderly, and children over 12 years: Take two 5ml spoonfuls (10ml) up to four times a day.
- Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
- Do not consume more than 4 doses in 24 hours. Do not give to children below 12 years of age. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a healthcare professional. Remember to replace the cap securely after use.
