How to use
- Open the cap of the Colgate Total Advance White toothpaste.
- Squeeze a pea-sized amount onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
- Brush your teeth thoroughly, covering all areas including the front, back, and chewing surfaces of the teeth for at least 2 minutes.
- Make sure to reach all areas, including the gum line.
- Spit out the toothpaste but do not rinse immediately.
- For optimal results, brush your teeth twice a day, preferably after each meal.
- Replace your toothbrush every three to four months, or sooner if the bristles are frayed.
- Remember, children of 6 years and younger should only use a pea-sized amount under adult supervision to minimize swallowing.
