How to use
- Wet your toothbrush slightly.
- Squeeze a pea-sized amount of the Colgate Advanced White Charcoal Toothpaste onto the toothbrush.
- Place the toothbrush in your mouth and brush your teeth thoroughly.
- Brush all tooth surfaces and your tongue for optimal freshness and oral health, it should take about 2 minutes.
- Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing.
- For optimal results, brush your teeth twice a day.
