How to use
- Wet your toothbrush and squeeze a pea-sized amount of Colgate White Teeth Toothpaste onto the brush.
- Brush your teeth thoroughly for about 2 minutes, making sure to cover all surfaces of your teeth, focusing on areas where staining is common such as the front and back of your upper and lower teeth.
- Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water to remove any remaining toothpaste.
- It's advised to brush your teeth at least twice a day, once in the morning and once before going to bed, or as directed by your dentist or doctor.
- Do not swallow the toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly after brushing to avoid ingestion.
