How to use
- Unscrew the cap from the bottle.
- Pour 20ml of the Colgate Max White One Mouth Rinse into the cap up to the marked line.
- Empty the liquid from the cap into your mouth.
- Swish the mouth rinse throughout your mouth for about 60 seconds. Make sure it reaches all parts of your teeth and gums. Do not swallow.
- After swishing, spit out the mouth rinse.
- Do not eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes after using to ensure effectiveness.
- Use twice daily for optimal results.

- Allergic reaction to ingredients may occur in rare cases.
- Avoid use if you have any open mouth sores or injuries.
- Consult a dentist if using other fluoride products to avoid excessive intake.
- Only for adults and children older than 6 years.
- Do not swallow, it's for rinsing only.
- Keep out of reach of children.

- Avoid eye contact. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
