How to use
- Wet the toothbrush lightly.
- Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto the brush.
- Ask your child to open their mouth.
- Starting with the upper back teeth, gently start brushing in a back-and-forth motion.
- Repeat this process for each section of the mouth - upper back teeth to front teeth, lower back teeth to front teeth.
- Make sure the front and back surfaces of every tooth are brushed, and finish by gently brushing the tongue.
- Instruct your child to spit out the toothpaste, and thoroughly rinse the mouth with water.
- Rinse the toothbrush and let it air dry.
- For optimal oral hygiene, make sure your child brushes their teeth at least twice per day, preferably after breakfast and before bedtime.
- Remember, parental supervision is needed to minimise swallowing for kids below 6 years, and replace toothbrush every 3 months, or quicker if it wears out.
