How to use
- Ensure your hands are clean and dry before using the ear drops.
- Warm the bottle by holding it in the palm of your hand for a few minutes; this can make the application more comfortable.
- Tilt your head to one side, or lie down with the affected ear facing up to assist the drops to travel inside the ear.
- Gently pull your outer ear upwards and outwards to straighten the ear canal.
- Apply 2 to 3 drops into the ear without inserting the dropper into the ear canal.
- Keep your ear tilted up for a few minutes to allow the drops to soak in or gently massage the area in front of the ear.
- Use a clean tissue to wipe away any excess drops from outside the ear.
- Repeat the procedure with the other ear if necessary.
- Use the ear drops twice daily, or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
- Don't forget to put the cap back on the bottle to avoid contamination.
- Remember not to use this product if your eardrum is (or has been) damaged, if you're suffering from dizziness, or if there is any other sort of pain apart from the discomfort of blocked ear.
