How to use
- Dissolve salts in a bath of 180 liters of warm water. For general skin health and wellbeing add 1/2 - 1 cup (approximately 100g-200g) to your bath. To relax tired and aching muscles, use 2-4 cups (200g-400g). Soak for at least 20 minutes to get the maximum benefit. Can be used 2-3 times a week. Please note that these recommendations are only rough guidelines and it's important to follow any specific instructions provided on the product packaging.
