How to use
- Twist and remove the seal from the bottle.
- Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water to clear any food particles.
- Pour 10ml of Care Chlorhexidine MouthWash into the cap, do not dilute.
- Rinse thoroughly around the mouth for about 1 minute then spit it out.
- Do not swallow.
- Use twice daily (morning and night) or as recommended by your dentist.
- Do not rinse your mouth with water or brush immediately after using the mouthwash to allow the active ingredients to work.
- Do not eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes after use.
