How to use
- Start by thoroughly brushing your teeth.
- Pour approximately 15ml of Biotene Mouthwash into the cup or cap, this is about one tablespoon.
- Empty the cup or cap into your mouth.
- Swish and gargle the mouthwash around your mouth and between your teeth for about 30 seconds.
- Spit out the mouthwash after use. Do not swallow.
- Do not rinse your mouth, eat or drink for at least 30 minutes after use to allow the product to work effectively.
- Use the mouthwash up to 5 times per day unless otherwise instructed by a healthcare professional.

Always use this mouthwash as directed by your healthcare professional, avoid swallowing it and do not use it if you have a known allergy to it or any of its ingredients. Keep it out of reach of children.
