How to use
- Ensure the area where you'll apply the gel is clean and dry.
- Apply a thin layer of Biofreeze Pain Relief Gel to the affected area.
- Massage the gel into the skin until it is fully absorbed.
- Do not use more than four times daily; reapply as necessary.
- Wash your hands immediately after application.

Side Effects & Cautions
- Skin Irritation: Biofreeze may cause redness, rashes, or burning sensations. Stop use and consult a doctor if the condition worsens.
- Eye Irritation: Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes. If it comes into contact, immediately rinse with water.
- Respiratory Tract Irritation: Inhalation may cause respiratory tract irritation. Use in a well-ventilated area.
- Allergic Reaction: Discontinue use and consult a doctor immediately if you experience symptoms of allergic reaction such as swelling, itching, or difficulty breathing.
- Not for Internal Use: Do not ingest, use on wounds, damaged skin, or with a heating pad.
- Children Usage: Keep out of reach of children to avoid accidental ingestion or application.
- Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Consult with a healthcare professional before using if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
