How to use
- Shake the bottle well before use.
- Carefully remove the plastic cap from the top of the spray.
- Position the spray nozzle to your mouth, ideally under the tongue or on the inside of the cheek.
- Spray once, and you'll have your daily dose of 4000IU of Vitamin D.
- After spraying, avoid swallowing for a few seconds to allow the Vitamin D to fully absorb.
- Replace the cap after use and store the bottle in a cool, dry place.
- Note: Do not exceed the recommended dosage unless directed by a healthcare professional.
