How to use
- Blow your nose gently before using the spray.
- Shake the bottle gently.
- Remove the protective cap.
- Position yourself in front of a mirror to see your nostrils.
- Lean your head forward slightly and close one nostril by gently pressing against the side of your nose with your finger.
- Insert the nozzle of the nasal spray into the other nostril.
- Spray the recommended dose into the open nostril. usually, the dosage is one spray into each nostril, up to three times per day.
- Breathe in gently through the nose and out through your mouth while applying the spray.
- Repeat the process for the other nostril.
- Don't blow your nose immediately after using the nasal spray.
- After use, clean the nozzle with warm water and dry it properly before putting the protective cap back on.
- Note: Only use for adults and children over 12 years. Always read the label and packaging before use.
