How to use
- Start by washing your hands thoroughly.
- Unwrap a pessary and dip it in water to ease insertion.
- Lie on your back on a bed with your knees bent up and legs slightly apart.
- Push the pessary gently into your vagina using your fingers, similar to the way you'd insert a tampon.
- Extra comfort during sleep can be achieved by inserting the pessary at bedtime.
- Repeat this process once daily, preferably at bedtime.
- Continue to use one pessary every day for seven consecutive days, even during your menstrual cycle.
- Do not use them if you are trying to conceive, as the gel has a low pH that can make the environment inside the vagina unfavorable for sperm.
- Consult your doctor if symptoms persist after completing the seven-day treatment.
