How to use
- Start by washing your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
- Twist off the cap of the tube, attach the applicator to the tube then squeeze enough gel into the applicator to fill it.
- Remove the applicator from the tube and place the cap back on the tube.
- Lie down comfortably with your knees bent and legs apart.
- Gently insert the narrow end of the applicator deep into your vagina.
- Slowly press the plunger until it stops, depositing the gel into your vagina. Remove the applicator and discard it.
- Wash your hands again.
- It's recommended to use Balance Activ BV Vaginal Gel at bedtime. It should not be used during menstruation and Avoid using if you're pregnant or trying to conceive. Always check with your healthcare provider before use.
