How to use
- Begin by ensuring your hands are clean and dry.
- Unwrap the pad from its packaging.
- Remove the paper backing to expose the adhesive side of the pad.
- Position the pad adhesive-side down in your underwear, aligning it so it fits comfortably.
- For Always Platinum Pads Night, ensure the larger part is positioned at the back to provide extra coverage and prevent leakage at night.
- Press the pad firmly into your underwear to keep it in place.
- Replace the pad every 4-6 hours, or more often if you experience a heavy flow.
- Dispose of the used pad by wrapping it in toilet paper or the wrapper from your new pad and placing it in a sanitary bin or regular trash. Never flush a pad down the toilet.
- Always wash your hands after handling a used pad.
