How to use
- Unwrap the panty liner from its packaging.
- Locate the adhesive side of the liner. This side usually has a thin, removable paper strip.
- Remove the thin strip to reveal the adhesive.
- Position the panty liner in your underwear with the adhesive side down on the inside of your underwear. It should be centered for optimal coverage.
- Press the panty liner down gently and adjust its position if necessary, until it feels comfortable.
- You can change the panty liner every 4-8 hours, depending on personal need.
- When changing, simply peel the liner off your underwear and dispose of it in a sanitary bin. Avoid flushing the liner down the toilet to prevent possible plumbing issues.
