How to use
- First, make sure your hands are clean.
- Remove the adhesive wrap on the bottom side of the panty liner.
- Place the panty liner in the center of your underwear with the sticky side down.
- Press firmly to ensure it's attached securely.
- Adjust as necessary to ensure the liner is comfortable and covers the area where it's meant to absorb.
- Change the panty liner regularly, preferably every 4-8 hours, or when it feels wet or uncomfortable. As with any period product, always remember to maintain hygiene by washing your hands before and after removal.
- Do not flush the panty liner down the toilet. Always dispose of it in a waste bin.
